SCC Commercial Reverse Osmosis System

The SCC Commercial Reverse Osmosis System is a rugged, high-output purification system designed for industrial and commercial use. With over three decades of expertise in water treatment, Coster Water has engineered this system to deliver exceptional performance and long-term reliability in demanding environments. From manufacturing plants to large-scale retail operations, the SCC is ideal for operations requiring a continuous supply of clean, great-tasting water.

Built for Demanding Applications

The SCC is powered by a robust 2 HP motor and supports flow capacities ranging from 4,500 to 14,400 gallons per day, with a consistent 50% recovery rate. It includes multiple 4″ x 40″ extra-low energy thin-film membranes, 304 stainless steel pressure vessels, and a centrifugal pump with a 304 SS shell and 316 SS shaft for superior durability. The programmable LCD control board provides easy system monitoring, while the pre-filter, inlet gauges, flow meters, and pressure cutoffs ensure smooth operation with minimal maintenance.
Standard features include a 5-micron sediment pre-filter, stainless steel frame, inlet solenoid valve, manual shutoff, and check valves for enhanced safety. Optional add-ons such as a TDS meter, UV light, remote status indicators, carbon tank, and water softener allow for tailored performance based on specific site conditions. The SCC connects via 1″ FNPT inlets and 3/4″ outlets and operates on a standard 230 VAC 60 Hz single-phase electrical connection.
